Resident Appreciation Day!
April Housing, along with our property management partner Van Rooy Properties, hosted a heartwarming afternoon of community appreciation at an independent senior living community in Indiana. Residents enjoyed an outdoor luncheon, live music, and games. Local government officials, including the mayor and chief of police, joined us to show their appreciation for the community members as well. A surprise appearance by Indiana Pacers’ mascot Boomer, brought immense joy when a lifelong fan and 20+ year resident of the community had the opportunity to meet the beloved sports icon. This event showcased our dedication to providing seniors with safe, comfortable, and affordable housing while fostering a strong sense of community and connection. Together, we will continue to build a brighter future, one meaningful interaction at a time.
