Stephanie worked for Van Rooy Properties between 2004-2011 as an Assistant Controller and has returned in October 2022 as the CFO.
She graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy. She also holds active CPA and CGMA licenses and is a member of the INCPA Society, AICPA Society and of Executive Women in Finance. She most recently became an Advisor for the Women in Leadership Certificate Program for Valparaiso University, an honor that is by invitation only. She has extensive experience in both public and private accounting. She loves to dig in and make business processes streamlined and efficient. She is a pro at Excel and other technologies. She excels at leading and motivating others. Stephanie's experience in a variety of industries including real estate, property management, non-profit, manufacturing (domestic and foreign), technology and professional services helps bring a broad prospective into new situations. She is known for her dedication and loyalty.
Outside of work she likes traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys running, working out, cooking, baking and watching sports. Originally from Illinois, she resides in the Indianapolis area with her husband and son.
