Russ directs daily acquisition, finance, and development operations at Van Rooy. He graduated from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with a BS in Finance in 1995. Shortly after, he began his real estate career in Chicago with LaSalle Bank’s commercial real estate group.
Russ oversees the asset acquisition, development, and disposition functions in addition to the debt and equity procurement of each transaction. During his partnership with Van Rooy, his projects have received recognition for many accomplishments including receiving the 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2014 Prodigy Awards for Best Renovated Community from the Indiana Apartment Association.
