Marshall began his career in the multi-family industry in 1997 as a maintenance technician. Since then he has held various positions in this industry as a Maintenance Supervisor, Manager, and currently as Regional Manager. In addition, Marshall serves as Safety Director for the organization. Marshalls well rounded and varied background in all aspects of property management makes him uniquely suited to manage the historic and urban Indianapolis region. He holds many industry designations and volunteers on the maintenance professional development committee with IAA.
